Throughout your day measure your heart rate and see how hard your heart is working during a specific activity. Did you know, since your heart Is a muscle, you can train it to become stronger and beat more efficiently during activity.


In groups or individually try and create a new game that you can play at recess, after school or even in your PE class. Try and play your game a few times through the week so you can make changes if necessary. Fitness is more fun when you are doing an activity you enjoy!
